1. Reservation

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking is payable on confirmation of the booking.

No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been transferred.

The payment of the deposit to confirm a booking implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

In special and extremely rare cases, Casa Dominique reserves the right to cancel a reservation. In this case, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded immediately to the holder of the reservation. If possible, alternative accommodation in another establishment will be offered.

For arrivals on Sundays, a 30€ extra is added to the total price of the booking.

2. Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is strict.

If the guests cancels their stay 60 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.

If the guests cancels their stay less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be returned.

If the guests cancels his stay 30 days or less before the date of arrival, the deposit remains with Casa Dominique.

If the guests cancels his stay 21 days or less before the date of arrival, 20% of the remaining amount of the booking have to be paid.

If the guests cancels his stay less than 14 days before arrival, the whole amount of the booking have to be paid.

In the event of cancellation due to governmental decisions restricting the free movement of persons between the client’s country of residence and the country of destination, Casa Dominique and the client will jointly establish new dates for a later booking.

For any other reason for cancellation, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance in order to be covered and therefore receive compensation if applicable.

3. Check-in

From 14h PM in the rural hotel and 16h00 in the houses.

If you arrive before 14h00, you can leave your luggage until your suite is ready, but please let us know in advance if you need this service.

Casa Dominique does not have a 24 hour reception ; we will come to meet you. The estimated time between landing and arrival (including waiting for your luggage, setting up the car rental contract and the journey to Casa Dominique) is 2h00.

If you let us know your flight times and flight numbers, we can be aware of possible delays.

If you do not specify your arrival time at our premises, we cannot guarantee that someone will be on the premises at the time of your arrival.

Therefore, we recommend that you always set an arrival time and check in first before going for lunch or starting your tour of the island.

4. Check-out

At 11h00 AM.

A late check-out can only be available in case your suite is not occupied on the same day.

If you wish, you can leave your luggage to enjoy the nearby surroundings but you will not be able to return to the shower.

5. Activities

The program of activities is organised by CASA DOMINIQUE / CAN and the travellers according to their wishes.

Once the stay has been validated and the deposit paid, no activity will be reimbursed in case of cancellation. Only the addition of activities will be possible according to the availability of our staff.
