At Casa Dominique, we pay a lot of attention to detail to make your stay a special moment. To ensure the continuity of the quality of service, please read the following rules carefully.

Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in the suites and rooms of the accommodations.

1. For families travelling with children, it is not allowed to paint with markers or tempera in the suites or rooms of the accommodation.

Casa Dominique reserves the right to charge for any damage resulting from inappropriate use of the facilities and their equipment, or non-compliance with the aforementioned rules. (sheets, towels, decorative elements, furniture).

Rules of coexistence

The accommodation at Casa Dominique is a place where our guests come to seek the peace and tranquillity that this special environment provides.

Everyone is welcome as long as they respect the tranquillity of all the guests who enjoy Casa Dominique.

3. Cleaning

3.1. Rural hotel

The cleaning service will be carried out everyday but Sunday, until 12h00. After this time, the room will not be cleaned until the following day before 11h00. If you do not wish us to clean your room on one or more occasions, please let us know. This request is not subject to a price reduction.

There is no need to put your towels on the floor every day for us to change them for you. Every day, we put your towels in the dryer so that you will find them dry on your return. We change them ourselves as soon as they are dirty.

3.2. Other accommodations

The final cleaning is included in the price of the booking. However, we ask that the house is handed over with the dishes washed and the rubbish deposited in the rubbish bins in the village of Famara.

3.3. All accommodations

Do not use the bathroom towels outside the room, for the beach or the swimming pool. A charge of €15 will be made for each towel used at the pool or on the beach.

Also, do not use pillows or bed linen outside the rooms.

We provide all linen except beach / pool towels. Please make sure you bring your own as we do not have them and you cannot use the bathroom towels.

3.4. Due to the current health situation, for your safety and that of our staff, it is forbidden to access the communal and/or private areas while the staff are cleaning.

4. Water policy

Lanzarote has no water and 100% of the water for consumption comes from the desalination of sea water by burning fossil fuels 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We kindly ask you to use water responsibly in the Casa Dominique accommodation as well as in all the establishments you will visit during your stay in Lanzarote.

5. Use of the swimming pool and the dome, access to the roofs

Access to the dome and the swimming pool is forbidden to children unaccompanied by an adult.

It is forbidden to climb on the dome and on the roofs.

Casa Dominique cannot be held responsible for accidents in case of non-respect of these conditions.

Access to the swimming pool of the guest house is exclusively for users of the guests house.

6. The organisation of parties is forbidden in all Casa Dominique accommodations

The access of Casa Dominique is forbidden to anyone without booking in Casa Dominique.

Friends and family staying in other properties are not considered as guests of Casa Dominique.

Image policy / rights

The image of Casa Dominique as well as that of its staff and guests is not public. It is forbidden to capture and broadcast images of Casa Dominique without the prior agreement of the persons involved and the management of Casa Dominique.
